Overview

Season Pass Reservations are solely for the use our Season Pass Customers.

Due to COVID-19 the Whale's Tale has a limited number of guests who are allowed on the property at any one time.  Day use customers are being encouraged to purchase tickets online, in advance, to ensure they have space.  To help ensure our valued Season Pass customers are also able to get into the park we have created this online reservation.

Season passholders should not pay for their tickets when they make this reservation.  When you arrive at the park you will be required to go through the COVID-19 check-in and you will be directed where to go to prove you are a season pass customer.  Proof will be provided either by displaying your pass, or by having your season pass purchase looked up.  After confirmation you will be admitted to the park.  If you are unable to prove you have purchased a season pass, you will be required to pay the outstanding balance in order to be admitted.
 
Season pass customers may call us to cancel, cancel online, or contact us to change their reservation; however,  Season Pass customers who reserve dates, but then fail to use them for 3 or more days, will have all future reservations cancelled.

Whale's Tale Waterpark reserves the right to close the park during the regular operating schedule, with little or no notice, due to inclement weather.   Please check the website, or call in advance, if you are concerned the park may be closed.
